Returns
If you would like to return an item, please email us first so we can organise the return for you.
We will send you a return code that can be scanned at any Australia Post office. There is no need to print a label — simply show the code at the counter and Australia Post will handle the shipment.
Please note that our registered business address in Port Macquarie, NSW is not a warehouse and does not hold stock. Sending returns there may delay your refund and increase shipping costs.
