Returns

If you would like to return an item, please email us first so we can organise the return for you.

We will send you a return code that can be scanned at any Australia Post office. There is no need to print a label — simply show the code at the counter and Australia Post will handle the shipment.

Heavy rain may cause flooded surfaces if the ground is not able to absorb the rain. The water brings sand or other small particles with it. Sometimes this can lead to difficulties with moving the snap-in sliders of the Fix&Go Anchor plate 2.0 (PP16). For this kind of situation, we developed our Fix&Go Bridge which allows a distance of 2 centimetres to the ground. The bridge-like construction of this product lets the water flow underneath and dirt may be flushed out. If required, Fix&Go Bridges can also be stacked for a larger distance of the Anchor plate to the ground.

Important: Using this function, you need to consider the length of the Peggys.
