The TieStrap is a wise extension for every awning owner. The bright coloured Strap is adjustable between 1,5-3 metres without having any loose cord ends. Our TieStrap is perfect for storm anchoring purposes for almost every awning in the market. It’s also possible to use it for tents or sun sails. Peggy TieStrap is also necessary when you want to attach side elements to the awning while using our Fix&Go AntiFlap.
The Peggy TieStrap slides into the awning rails with the enclosed T‐Connector and is then anchored to the ground with a Peggy Peg or the u-shaped steel hook of the Anchor Plate 1.0 or 2.0. The incorporated relieving springs absorb a huge part of the wind power. Such a spring system is used for the first time in the European camping market and allows the strap to be flexible in the wind even if there is too much pressure. The TieStrap should be stretched away from the vehicle. This brings the advantage compared to a normal Storm Strap as it distributes the wind power to the whole length of the robust front aluminium bar. Clever solution: All our Peggy Peg sizes fit through the loop of the spring. This results in continuous tensioning - even if the strap is not properly tensioned, no part can unhook.

Practical advice: When the Peggy Peg is securely screwed into the ground, simply attach the spring via the hook the peg - ready!
